The EA describes
the capabilities, goals, objectives, and intent of the organization and the
tasks it must perform in the context of its external interactions and
environment while SoSE deals with materiel,
policy, doctrinal, and other aspects of solution sets while SE deals with
the arrangement of operators, procedures, and machines to accomplish a set
of functions in the SoS.
