Founded in 1997, Silver Bullet initially focused on C4ISR architecture and data fusion research for air traffic control and fusion of Electronic Support Measures and Electronic Intelligence data. It turned out the skills in these very narrow areas were seen to apply in broader areas and Silver Bullet became a leader in the Department of Defense for Enterprise Architectures and ontologies supporting data fusion.  These skills, and the associated tools and techniques, are now being seen as having application across a wide variety of enterprise challenges.
